I've been looking for a nice high-in Japanese restaurant like RA or BENNIHANAS that is close to Perris street. or maybe evn farther off the freeways but both RA and Bennihanas takes an hour to get to and i was hoping a little closer and nicer than your average local sushi/Japanese/asian restaurant. ... I am looking into buying a home and was stuck between two cities, Perris, CA and Lake Elsinore, CA. Perris has no HOA for the community but they have higher assessments at 2.2% but Lake Elsinore is at 1.25%. but has HOAs' between $125 to $180 a month. What is better ?
